Skill description
Call forth talons from the ground, dealing 1742 Flame Damage to enemies near you and immobilizing them for 4 seconds. Enemies hit are afflicted with Minor Maim, reducing their damage done by 5% for 10 seconds. An ally near the talons can activate the Ignite synergy, dealing 2812 Flame Damage to all enemies held within them.
New effect
Affected enemies deal less damage.

Choking Talons is a skill located in the Draconic Power (which can be found in the Dragonknight skill tree). Choking Talons is a morph of Dark Talons.

Choking Talons deals the following types of damage: Magic Damage. Which means that it gets buffed by the following blue champion point trees: Elemental Expert, Elf Born, Master at Arms, Spell Erosion. Also the following red champion point trees protect against this skill: Elemental Defender, Iron Clad.
